Pay only for real, verified work — tracked minute by minute
HireHelper protects every dollar you spend. Freelancers are ID-verified before they can start a project, they can only log time through our mandatory tracker, and idle time is stripped out automatically before you're ever billed.
Five steps from project to a fair, verified bill
Create your project and choose a specialist
Every project begins with you. Describe the work, choose your specialist and set a weekly safety limit. Your billing method — card or PayPal — is then set up once, securely.
Every freelancer is ID-verified
We don't work with anonymous accounts. Every freelancer HireHelper hires has their identity verified before they can start a project — so you always know exactly who is doing your work.
of HireHelper freelancers pass identity verification before working.
The freelancer accepts and starts
Once the freelancer confirms the project, it moves into the live workspace. From this point on, every billable minute has to flow through the tracker — there's no other way to log time.
Mandatory tracker proves real work
To log a single billable minute, the freelancer must switch on the HireHelper Super Tracker. It measures genuine activity in short intervals and periodically turns on the camera to confirm the verified freelancer — and only that person — is the one working. No tracker, no hours. It's impossible to quietly hand your project to someone else.
Hours are settled automatically
Each Saturday the system adds up the tracked hours, strips out idle and non-active time, and prepares your bill from real work only. PayPal clients are billed the following Monday. Card clients are billed that same day, right after the calculation finishes.
No guesswork. No padded hours. No strangers.
Verified people
Identity checks mean the person you hired is the person doing the work — confirmed by camera while they track.
Real activity only
The tracker measures genuine activity in intervals. Idle and non-active time is removed before anything reaches your bill.
Pay for proven work
Hours are calculated automatically every Saturday, so your weekly invoice reflects only the work that was actually tracked.
